Website Magazine put it perfectly - Its a Social World After All.

The Social Worlds is continously growing and a large portion is due to our smartphone usage.  

32 Percent social users access social sites via there cell and they are usually check in on the go.

Its also insane how many ads were delivered on social sites - make sure to have a strategic presense on social and claim you profiles.

Curiosity with Craigslist

Do you ever wonder how a website can have 200,000 homes listed with in a month timeframe but only 2,000 are actually available that month?

RentJolt: New NYC Apartment Rental Website Offers Slightly Lower Broker Fees

A new website called RentJolt launched this year with a new spin on the NYC apartment rental game.  Owners can list their apartments and apparently collect up to $1000 when it rents, and renters pay "only" a 5.75% fee to when signing a lease, as opposed to a one month fee, which usually comes to about 12-15%.  Though it's nice that yet another site has sprung up claiming to defend against Craigslist scams, this sort of just seems like a

A great resource called SocialBakers released a very cool infographic about the Facebook activity of 2011.

I found it interesting/amazing/scary that Facebook grew 7 users per second of all 2011.  

I was recently in Argentina & although the daily routine/schedule and pace of life differs from a New Yorker, people where using Facebook for everything.

Although they are not the top country, i still say everyone on there mobile phone looking things up on Facebook and at the hotel, the front desk used it as a resource to recommend restaurants...WOW.
